Do you have original equipment calipers, or have they been upgraded with stainless steel sleeves.
If not I highly recommend getting the stainless steel sleeved calipers. Moisture does not affect them.
I have broken mine down after 10 years and found no pitting of the cylinder wall at all. I did need to replace the pistons.
