Parking brake cable and bracket. Check. You can also see the wire that is attached to the TA bolt. Slide the TA in and pull the wire. Bolt went right in.
I put the spring bolt in and attached the sway bay bracket before I slide in the TA. Makes life easier.
Brake cable in top.
You can put your studs in at this time and connect the bearing housing and brake plate on. I used the impact wrench to pull the studs in.
I assembled the park brake assembly this way. A hell of a lot easier then the book or video.
Now I need to make a wrench so I can torque the spindle nut down.
Being that my TA's are C channel I can actually put this into the arm and let it hold itself. 100 ft of torque
