FYI, Based on a rolling date of 62 years, all military personnel records will eventually become archival records, open to the general public.

Now isn't that a bunch of BS. I guess that now some of them that missed me when I returned from VN still want to spit at me. f... em.

When I first saw this, I thought that if I live to be older than 103, my SSAN will be out there for any scammer to abuse.

However, reading further it looks like they'd need my service number & name to request the records in the first place, so really there'd be no harm in that regard.

But, it still sort of sucks...
