I'm looking for suggestions on which penetrating oil to soak the cylinders with before trying to turn the crank.

The engine hasn't been started in 30 years, but is low-mileage. I plan to try to bring it back to life.

Full custom really describes what you have planned perfectly. I was intrigued by both the A/C conversion and the Lizard Skin coating. Both could be a possibility for my car.
