Pictures would help, plus not enough information. What did you do with the Vette did you take it apart to restore it? did you remove the the front clip. if you took it apart did you measure everything according to the assembly manual.

78-82 mirrors are better, can find them on ebay for about $100 here is a sample of the mirrors.

The mirrors do not look to safe to me... too small, creating a big blind spot... we treasure our vettes to much to take shuch risk... :cool:

Yeah I painted the Vette myself... It wasn’t hard it’s all about knowing how to control the paint gun and setting it right. The bodywork was easy. Did you modify your side pipes, I just got a set they are the same as yours but the go straight down I see your are at an angle here's a pic.
